Booleroo Centre, proclaimed in 1875, had a population of 331 at the 2006 Census.
As can be seen from its Business Directory, although the major industries in Booleroo are agricultural, it serves as a health and educational hub to the surrounding catchment area which has a population of approximately 3,000.
